Wrestlers and Parents,
Our Nutritionist has provided a basic template and key to begin tracking your nutrition. This is step one. Do not worry about making changes just yet. Simply keep track of what you are eating on a daily basis for 5 days. In order to develop a plan a baseline must first be created. The goal is to keep an honest account of your current nutritional habits. The more honest and accurate you are the more effective your plan will be. Once you have created your baseline we will show you how to take the next step in creating your plan.
