The Ultimate in Backup and Recovery
JV Event at Coppell Thursday: Only those athletes not attending the College Station Duals get to compete in this one. The bus leaves at the bell and competition begins at 4:00 PM. Just like our home festivals, the boys will get three matches each. Your son may ride home with you, but not with his friend's parent! We anticipate being home around 8:00 PM.
College Station Duals: This event is a dual meet competition. We will wrestle five duals Saturday, as fast as we can, and then shower and come home. The itinerary is below:
Friday: 2:30 Practice, 4:00 Depart via charter bus, 8:00 Dinner in College Station, 9:00 Check-in (Holiday Inn Express, 1203 University Dr.), 10:30 bed check/lights out.
Saturday: 6:30 Wake-up call, 7:00 Breakfast in hotel, 7:30 Depart for A&M Consolidated HS, 8:00 Weigh-in, 9:15 Competition begins, 5:00 shower @ HS, 6:00 Depart for FMHS dinner in route, 10:00 PM arrive at FMHS.
Important Info: We will be taking 2 athletes/weight class. Only the #1 guy is guaranteed matches. (This trip is not only about competition, it is about team bonding.) . If my son were #2, I would probably stay home and watch football or go shopping. The boys need to pack: a towel and a bar of soap, any prescription meds, food for snacks, enough meal money for dinner Friday, and lunch and dinner Saturday. They will sleep 4 per room, 2 in each queen bed. If that is not acceptable, he needs to bring a sleeping bag. Athletes are strongly encouraged to ride the bus home, but may ride home with a parent. They will not ride home with a friend's parent.

There are two ways Booster Club supports the team and keeps your costs down.
#1 is Fundraisers
#2 is Membership
We need to successfully raise money in each of these in order to keep from billing you directly for:
These items alone would cost well over $500 for each wrestler.
